Fall Sessions:   

  1.  Integrated Sports Specific Basketball
    Join us as we focus on vertical explosion, body control, shooting stamina and agility.  
  2.  Speed Camp:  “Strength hurts but Speed Kills”
    Proven results to increase speed and quickness

Schedule:  

  • Tuesdays  4:30 pm
  • Thursday 4:45 and 5:45 pm
  • Saturdays 9 am and 9:45
  • Sundays as needed/requested 

Small classes in a climate controlled setting
