SPP Golf Program Starting March 4th.

Golf requires a combination of specific core competencies and flexibility to compete at a high level. While every workout will be different to encourage functional movement patterns, golfers need advanced training in the following areas:

  • Leg and Hip Power
  • Core Stability & Strength
  • Torso Torque
  • Upper Body Control & Flexibility
  • Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Ground Up Balance
  • Four Pillars of a Fit Mind

Time: Saturdays 11am to 12pm
Location: 8th & Main Street Honesdale (side entrance)

Cost: $120 - 6 golf specific sessions
